On side of an adhesive sheet of paper let the children place tissue paper or colored cellophane paper.
It will self stick to the page.
Once filled close up with the other side of the adhesive paper.
Cut into the shape of a kite and add a kite string to the bottom.
If time permits glitter, or puffy paint, or anything fun can be added to the front of the kite.
